I am a French-Israeli growth advisor, consultant, and speaker. I focus on healthcare and its role in improving society through growth and innovation across the value chain of health organizations, Life Science companies, and Health Tech innovators.
Growth has always been the most important condition to survival. It is true for plants, for people and for businesses. It is one of the most important factors in valuation, access to capital, and shareholder return, as well as the ability to attract top talent. My work is focused on helping leaders grow their teams and their businesses. In addition to strategy, market entry and go-to-market work, I regularly work with companies on sustainability, culture change, top-team effectiveness, and capability building. I also work with my clients on personal growth. My fundamental belief is that to lead effectively, executives need to build very strong self-awareness. As Socrates said: “He who aspires to govern the state needs to learn to govern himself.”
Since the October 7th events in Israel, I focus my time on accelerating trauma healing for the nation. I was interim CEO of the Merhav Marpe that supported the Nova survivors for the first 3 months of the war. I have also been supporting funders and ecosystem players looking for ways they can support trauma healing. I am now working on launching ICAR Collective.
I bring 20 years of experience in strategy and management consulting, including 12 years with McKinsey & Company - split between the Firm’s Tel Aviv and Chicago offices. I served clients in the US, Europe and Middle East.
From 2015 to 2020, I co-led McKinsey’s Vaccine Practice. While supporting the global public health efforts linked to the COVID-19 pandemic, I realized the need to 1) build a practice at McKinsey focused on Health Equity and 2) accelerate innovation in healthcare. So from 2020 until 2023, I co-led our newly formed Health Equity practice and McKinsey's global health technology network (HTN), which consists of 1600+ start-ups.
I was also dean of McKinsey’s executive-transition masterclass in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa - a program which has supported 150+ executives transitioning to new roles, many in new sectors and geographies.
Prior to joining McKinsey, I spent two years turning around a struggling not-for-profit organization in France and five years as a training and change-management consultant, serving clients across industries and geographies.
I hold a Master in Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School Of Business and a Bachelor from Adelphi University.
Outside of work, I am managing a husband and four children ages 3 to 19. I enjoy reading (fiction and nonfiction), traveling and mentoring the next generation of Women leaders.
