I work with a small group of Health Tech CEOs, acting as an advisor, providing an outside perspective on critical issues, offering guidance on leadership development, facilitating strategic thinking, and helping enhance their effectiveness (e.g., advice on effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and building strong relationships with external partners).
Across industries, I support CEOs on improving the performance and collaboration of their leadership team. I assess the team dynamics, facilitate discussions, help bring up and resolve conflicts, develop leadership skills, build team cohesion, align the team with organizational strategy, and provide ongoing support. By leveraging various tools and interventions, the goal is to create a high-performing top team that drives faster strategic decision-making and fosters a positive organizational culture.
